Wusthof Amici knife block and 5 knives
The knife block allows you to store up to 6 knives with a blade of maximum 23 centimeters in length. The block is covered in leather with a side seam. The set contains 5 Amici knives: the chef’s knife with 20 centimeters blade 1011300120 – the paring knife with 9 centimeters blade 1011300409 – the sausage knife with 14 centimeters blade 1011301614 – the santoku knife with 17 centimeters blade 1011331317 and the bread knife with 23 centimeters blade 1011301123. The Amici collection combines the Mediterranean character of Calabrian olive wood with the precision of a Wusthof blade. The wood is water-repellent and antibacterial and promotes a natural grip. The handle is characterized by small veins that make the Amici collection a true work of art. Hand wash recommended.
