Slide Koncord Stool Polyethylene by Karim Rashid
KONCORD is the design seat created by the dynamic artist Karim Rashid, exclusively for Slide. As the whole collection of Slide products, KONCORD is a stool made of rotational molded polyethylene and, very important, it is completely recyclable. Light and resistant at the same time, KONCORD embodies the synthesis of modernity and avantguard which is typical of the aeronautical world and is perfect either for indoor or for outdoor use. The footrest is completely integrated in the seat structure and so it guarantees a well-balanced aesthetics. Its success has been confirmed by the win of the “Good Design Award 2009” for the category “Furniture”: an international and prestigious prize bestowed by the Chicago Athenaeum Museum of Architecture and Design of Chicago – USA. Here it is proposed in the colour milky white.
