KnIndustrie Be-Knife Ham/Salmon Slicer – steel
KnIndustrie collaborates with the famous Coltelleria Berti and it enriches its collection by introducing a new series of knives called BE KNIFE. From 1895, Berti’s company produces high-quality knives, thanks to its artisan experts. KnIndustrie uses this new sophisticated technology and combines it with the extremely precise artisan work of Coltelleria Berti: these knives are entirely made of stainless steel 18/10 and have a satinized finishing. The ergonomic handle allows a safe hold of the knife in order to make it cut with precision all dishes. BE KNIFE collection is made up of the carving fork and of 13 knives, among which the amazing 26,3 cm long HAM/SALMON SLICER stands out: specifically conceived to cut thin slices in a safe and easy way.
